Hello! A bit about the blog.

Deciding to get with the times - or rather try and catch up, and see what all this blog business is about.

I don't even read many blogs, and to be honest, designing this one is a bit of a pain in the ass. Seems like it should be easier!

I'm considering doing some week-long challenges in the New Year. I know, resolutions are for suckers and are to be broken, but hey. If I have to write about it, even if it's only me who's reading it, it might be incentive.

When I say 'week-long challenges', I don't mean crazy juice fasts, or dragging myself out of bed in the dark to run like a lunatic, but itty-bitty ones. Like, cleansing and moisturising properly twice a day for a week. Flossing twice a day for a week. Eating three proper meals a day for a week. No junk food for a week.

Small stuff like that make up my worst habits. Going to bed with make-up on. Using a face wipe in the car on the way in to work. Missing meals, eating too late. Too much junk food.

I'm going to see how the small stuff works out, then maybe do bigger challenges. Challenges based on what I need to work on, which, trust me, is a lot.
